Stretch your arm and raise your camera, lens facing you, look at it, or better, look somewhere else, left or right. Try the bathroom mirror. Just shoot the image that is reflected there. It doesn't matter if the flash destroys everything in it. Forget things like focusing and experiment strange angles. It's just a picture to post at your social networking service. Make it look like you really don't care that much. And take many.
